I was enjoying a beautiful, crisp, fall day at Scoop Taylor Park until my little child lost his ball in the far back corner that is filled with pine needles and bayberry. My child got scratched and has an itchy rash on their skin. There used to be a fence around it to contain the horrendous growth of the bayberry. Can we clean this corner up and remove a few things?
