I was in the city hall paying my tax bill on Friday and over heard a woman ask the city clerk if there is a law against having a bird feeder in the town. Her neighbor has one and birds come and make a lot of noise and a mess. Imagine if that was your biggest problem in life? My son is fighting cancer at 26, I wish birds were my problem.
