I just read the interview the Herald had with the Army Corp of Engineers regarding the dune project. It appears to me the project will be repeated on an as needed basis. I sure wish the Herald would have asked why the Corp has not looked into trying to solve the problem of sand moving from NWW to beaches south. They have used a series of jetties in other areas of the country with success. I would love to hear the Corp response.
