I just read an article that said they are investigating the State Police for profiling in Traffic Stops. When they looked at the number where over 60% were white 19% were Black and 13.5% Hispanic. State Police are in most part are on the Highway how would they know the color of the driver speeding? And if the Black Population is 14% how do they get to the stops profiling.
