I hope the new commissioner team can address our local eyesores before the summer. Take a look at Columbine and NJ, Wisteria and Park, Rosemary and Ocean, Rambler and the Beach. Would such properties ever be allowed in Stone Harbor or Avalon? We even have a house sitting at a motel on Forgetmenot over the sidewalk! Who allowed that?
