I don't believe most people would object to the developer having approved zoning for the Mahalo project MINUS the 11 unit addition and the valet parking, as long as the set backs were maintained and the property was self contained. Anything more would be an over reach by a developer trying to change the landscape from which everyone else has had to abide by. Follow the master plan and do not deviate. Make sure to attend the meeting in April, where they will try to pull a rabbit from a hat.
