I agree with the spouter from Cape May about some dog owners who don't pick up after their pets. This is just a common courtesy. When I walk my dog, I see people suspiciously looking at me to make sure that I pick up after her. I would never consider not picking up, but yet I'm subject to the suspicions created by irresponsible pet owners. This should not even be a question.
