I agree with Deputy Mayor Joyce Gould that the old library should be torn down and replaced with a parking lot. There is not enough parking at the beach. This parking lot would allow concert goers to park, since there is not enough parking around the band stand area. We already have Crest Pier which could be used by seniors as that building is under utlized.
