How does the guy from Ohio, arrested in North Wildwood, have warrants from at least four different municipalities in NJ? When someone is arrested and they fail to appear in court, and they're arrested again, why are they released? Why aren't they held for trial since they are a risk not to appear? I notice that the "wanted" feature and the arrest reports from towns in Cape May County have a lot of individuals for failure to appear. No wonder these people think the justice system is a joke.
