The house next door has a basketball hoop in the driveway. Kids bouncing the ball and ruining my peace and quiet. Cops said call code enforcement, the man said basketball hoops are permitted. I can't believe parents let these kids bounce that ball like its a rec center and the town allows it too. What about my rights as a taxpayer?
