Having recently witnessed a vicious dog attack on another innocent dog being walked on a leash by his owner on the Crest bike path, I'd like to remind all pet owners to keep their dog on a leash, even if your dog has no prior aggressive history. As a shelter volunteer, I can absolutely attest to the sudden unpredictability of even the most docile of animals.
