Great to see more small dumpy motels being demolished in the Crest. I would much rather see a beautiful single family McMansion. The less hotels/motels the quieter our beach will be. If only neighboring Wildwood would get their act together ,they could reap the benefits of the development in the Crest. It’s no longer the Wildwoods lumped together in the public eye thankfully.
