Gov. Murphy decrees mail-in voting in Primary, and then sends REGISTERED VOTERS to a different Precinct from where they reside requiring them to use a Provisional ballot which has to be verified in a short amount of time. BUT wait; there's no chance for Voter Supression .... What could go wrong ? ? ?
