First weekend to my shore house where I do pay my taxes and I'm told by the trash dept. that I can't leave my (only one) trash bag on the curb for pickup. I need a trash can because that is the rule the sticker says. They only pick up my block on Thursday, I have to work on Monday. Oh my, a bird may rip the bag, big deal.
