To the Crest spouter who claims taxes are too high and their home sits unsold due to free beaches and (more) free parking being added: Please! Our home sold in less than a week on the market, so clearly you have hired the wrong real estate agent or you priced it way too high. People think they have a castle and really it's a cardboard box! Good luck and I hope you get out. People with poor attitudes are the reason the island is the way it is. Let's get some 'new blood' in here and raise morale!
