In Chapter 26 of borough code, the curfew for juveniles under 18 is 1:00 a.m. during the summer. As I come home from work well past midnight, every week night, there are almost a dozen of these kids, and many younger than 18, walking, loitering or riding bikes in the Crest. I'm certain the patrols have to notice them. Can we please enforce this ordinance now, so that the word spreads among the parents?
