Bravo to the prosecutor of the Pennsylvania woman caught with a gun during a regular traffic stop on the expressway. NJ law forbids anyone from out of state bringing firearms here. Although she had a permit and willingly told the cop about the gun, our laws are clear, and do not distinguish between intent. If you come here, you should know our laws. Maybe we should enforce fireworks laws as well.
