The best way to see the results of allowing dogs on the beach is to visit towns that already allow it. I spend part of the winter in a Texas beach town that allows dogs on the beach. They must be leashed and owners must clean up after them. Guess what...most aren't leashed and dog poop is everywhere. No surprise, nowadays the rules only apply to other people.
