I'm curious about the 45 mph speed signs on the parkway in Middle Township. Why are they there and has any driver actually seen anybody driving at that speed? I personally would be scared to death to drive 45 mph, with every other car coming up behind doing 70 mph, and more. Has any driver ever been cited?
