An Arizona tattoo artist is facing criticism for tattooing a nine year old girl with the American flag. The co-owner of Yuma's Black Onyx studio, who goes by the name Sosa, says he's been "getting a lot of hate" since posting pictures of the girl's arm tattoo, but he insists his conscience is clear. The child's parents gave legal consent, says Sosa, and he deserves credit for talking the family out of their initial request: a portrait of Donald Trump on the girl's neck.
