Aren't local motels supposed to provide sufficient parking for their guests? Why is it that tourists park cars on the streets in front of residents' houses, with motel stickers hanging from the car windshields? Is this allowed? If this is not permitted, then why aren't the laws being enforced, so we residents can park in front of our own houses?
