Of course, we adults understand bubbling hormones of the young, but really, it's awkward and embarrassing to see those young summer cops ogling the young girls by the boardwalk. While they may think nothing of this behavior, it does take away some of the respect and authority their uniform commands. Wasn't this pointed out during their training sessions and are they being supervised?
