From the city of Wildwood. All mattresses must be wrapped to protect workers bedbugs. They actually made it an ordinance. It is almost impossible to wrap a mattress. The real reason is they are too bulky and the city does not want to make numerous trips to the dump sites. Bedbugs, if they are even around anymore can hide in couches, furniture and almost anything. Nowhere else on the island or other towns do you have to wrap mattresses or boxsprings. I guess those towns are immune to bedbugs. Do they think we residents are that ignorant? This city can never get out of its way.
