Wildwood / Cape May - Re: the person who fled the scene after his dog bit a child in Wildwood. The injuries had to be substantial if the child was required to be airlifted. No wonder there are so many dog spouts. Here is a prime example of why people are against having untrained fictional service animals in restaurants, the mall, boardwalk, and public beaches. Sadly this incident could have been a tragedy and probably won’t change anything or deter dog owners.
