A Cape May spouter who could understand why France and Russia were bombing ISIS in Syria but was afraid that our involvement could result in retaliation must have been living in a basement since 2001. ISIS has vowed to destroy us, and we were bombing them before the Russian and French incidents. It is important that we disable them before they mount an attack on us. The spouter sounds like the pre-WWII isolationists who wanted us to stay out of Europe's conflict. It took Pearl Harbor to wake them up. You do not appease villains and terrorists. You stamp them out.
