Can ya'll lighten up about the Herald asking for a dollar? Or about fees associated with features on the online version? We are SO incredibly privileged to have such a solid local newspaper that keeps us informed about our community. 198 counties across the nation have no local paper, leaving residents vulnerable to government fraud, lack of community resource knowledge, etc. What's more, we're blessed that the Herald is QUALITY, not just bare minimum or pandering. We should SUPPORT our local news now more than ever, not whine about them! I'm grateful to pay for this paper.
