The blame for this past H2Oi weekend near riot should be squarely placed on the shoulders of the WW Commissioners/PD Chief-they knew they were coming, how bad they were in OC and did little Friday nite to put the brakes on it. Sorry closing the bridge at 9:30 did nothing, it should have been at the latest Sat. morning so the PD could get a handle on the idiots already here & call in for reinforcements that afternoon. Anyone could see this coming a mile away.
