Blacks make up 13 percent of the population in the United States. Why are blacks the majority in all of our prisons? Why are blacks the majority drawing from the social services programs? Why are blacks the majority in single parent, fatherless households? Why do blacks resort to rioting whenever there is a problem, i.e. Ferguson, in their community? The black leaders need to step up and address these issues now.
