Big cheers to Gov. Christie for his continual support of treatment over jail time for minor drug offenders, requiring them to go to special drug courts where they would be directed to rehab. As a former prosecutor, wouldn't he know best how to deal with a growing problem facing our youth without spending billions of taxpayer dollars to jail minor drug offenders?
