Wildwood Beach Patrol employees must work 20 years to be eligible for a pension. The last 10 years must be worked consecutively. So for years, young lifeguards have worked summers through high school and college, say 4-6 years, and contributed to the pension fund. But most are never eligible to collect that pension. Where is all that money? Sounds like a scam.
