We wish the shop owners on Pacific Ave. well in their hopes to revitalize that area, but, unlike the downtown business districts in other shore towns, Pacific Avenue reminds tourists of seedy areas they just left back home. The whole area needs to give the appearance of safety and cleanliness to encourage suburban visitors to want to visit.
