For all your spouters out there complaining about handicap parking. They get the choice spots and don't pay for them, etc. I have a placard for parking, I would gladly trade it for a healthy body and pay the meter. So far, I had 2 hip replacements, knee replaced, and have a pacemaker for congested heart failure. These spaces are very few and always taken. I get upset seeing work trucks, and cars with surf boards taking up these spots. Those people I question. So, we all do not cheat, I'm 85, Army vet, and not skilled using apps to pay a meter. So, with a few years left, please forgive me.
