All the spouts about Wildwood code enforcement. I called and asked a code person. The city can't force someone to paint or fix up an abandoned property. The city can cut the grass and remove trash but the owner may never pay the fine. The city can tax lean the property but thats about as much as can be done. I was told if the house is dangerous the city can knock it down but I don't know for sure who pays for that.
