The air waves and social media are awash in warnings that various terrorist groups are attempting to enter and infiltrate our country by either border. Why then, do we allow foreign students who come here on a work visa to overstay their allotted time, vanishing into thin air, with no one really checking on why they disappeared? Former Governor Kean has warned repeatedly that HSA needs to keep tabs on these students and rethink the whole J-1 Visa law.
