After Super Storm Sandy, we had lots of problems with our homeowner's insurance. We called our agent to ask for his help. He did nothing for us. We canceled the policy. Five months later we received a refund check which arrived without a summary of how the refund amount was arrived at. My husband called numerous times and was given a wide variety of excuses.
