After seeing almost daily news reports of fatal shootings by police captured on cell phone cameras, am I the only one wondering why cops aren't more aware that someone somewhere may be out there with their cameras rolling? It's a new era, and almost everyone, especially the young, is tech savvy, ready and willing to post videos on social media. This goes for coaches, teachers and preachers, also.
