Add no dogs in Byrne Plaza to your "crackdown mode". We have a unit across from it viewing a constant flow of dogs relieving themselves day & night since 80% of the time no events are going on there. When the wind is right we get the smell. Then kids go and play in the grass unaware its a whole block of bacteria.
