The 4th of July weekend. Biggest holiday of the summer. The Byrne Plaza had their concert on July 4th. The band? Three young kids from Wildwood. Two playing guitars, the other playing drums. No one has ever heard them before. Come on Wildwood, is this is the best music you could find? Hard rock. Look at the crowd, elderly seniors. Many left after 10 minutes. Others endured waiting for the fireworks to begin. Of all the good music concerts over the course of the summer, we get a garage band. The next night, the 78th Army Band is playing at Fox Park.
