Why would an I C U nurse have be carrying a fully loaded gun with an additional 2 loaded Magazines? I'm guessing it wasn't to confront ICE agents but an everyday event. Can Milwaukee be that bad a place to live that you have to carry that much protection? That he has a right to carry is not in question.
