Why so many benches along boardwalk on Beach Ave in Cape May? Since they have been installed we have seen a handful of visitors sitting on them. We can’t imagine the costs to the city for such extra benches that are never being used! Reduce them and donate them to area playgrounds and parks. At least the taxpayers money won’t be wasted.
