Why is the West Indian Day parade in NYC always so violent. Last years parade produced 6 SIX separate shooting incidents. So NYC is putting “ thousands “ of police officers on the street to try to stem the violence. Interesting, that there has never been a shooting event at any ST Patrick’s Day parades. Why can one group have fun event and the other group always has violence? You know, go ahead say it.
