Why is the new speed limit in NWW not enforced? Twice a day I have cars sitting on my bumper as I go in and out of town, then they pass me like I'm sitting still. People are like children, they won't follow the rules without consequences. NWPD needs to go back to the good old days when people thought twice before speeding or parking wherever they want because they knew they would get a ticket!
