Why does the public works trash department care if I put my trash out in a bag, trash is trash. I got a letter at my full time home. I'm only down for the weekend. Why can't they just pick up the bag, thats what I pay taxes for?
Moderator's Note: The public works department cares about trash in bags because they are torn by seagulls and other animals .Then your trash becomes everyone else's problem.
