Why does the Lower Township PD keep looking the other way with the person in the black car with the blue and red police lights. He uses them to go around traffic and at red lights. Someone needs to look into this guy and if hes a police office find out why he has these lights on his own car or of its a police vehicle, why are we paying for such expensive vehicles as police cars? I think its a personal vehicle.
