Why do we have different rules for ajoining municipalities in Lower Cape May County about needed fire extingushers for sale and rental properties. Cape May City and West Cape May says not needed. But Lower twp says theyrequire them . It was a State mandate doing away with them on the thinking that the people in the house should get out of the house rather than fight the fire. Makes good sense to me.
