Why do we continue to allow people to run RED lights instead of ticketing them? I was waiting for the light to turn green for me . I had a police vehicle in front of me. I watched two cars go through the now RED light for them at a high rate of speed. We sat with our "Green" light waiting for the coast to be clear. The police never gave chase. Do any rules still apply when it comes to driving?
