Why do we accept the overbuilding at Scotch Bonnet Bridge? Why don't we question it? Why isn't CAFRA involved? Allowing 4, 3,000 foot units plus expansion of the docks to allow parking for rental slips and houseboats is extreme for what was there. SH BLVD is going to be a parking lot. There are at least 20 bungalows in that short stretch that all get to expand now that the precedent is set. The Planning Board and Zoning Boards have a conflict. CALL THE MAYOR.
