Why are the gerrymandered/re-districted maps just fine in Republican states but NOT in Virginia? How is it possibly acceptable that Blacks have been shut out in Memphis, Tennessee, by redistricting? You can't just take away American citizen's votes and voices while expecting them to continue to pay taxes and otherwise be "good", obedient citizens. Talk about rigging! This is the definition of it, thanks to SCOTUS.
