Why am I hearing that the County Upper Road Department employees were paid for 5 hours overtime overnight just to sit at their shop during the worst part of this recent snow storm and then they were sent home? The County roads in Upper still hadn’t been plowed by 7am. Public safety is a risk. Emergency services need to be able to get to wherever they are needed.
