Whose brilliant idea was it to have the craft fair set up on the boardwalk the same weekend as the Barefoot Country Music Festival? Forty thousand people trying to get home late at night...hmm, I know! Let's impede the already limited space they have to walk by sticking up a line of tents from the Ocean Towers to the Convention Center! And hey, that's not stupid enough, so let's have the Tram Car running, too, making even less room for people to walk. But I guess as long as all the town bigwigs are backstage schmoozing the celebs in town, who cares about all the rest of us?
